The Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) presents the financial activities of the Anderson Regional Joint Water System for the fiscal year ending June 30. Financial statements are audited by an independent auditor in accordance with GAAS and Government Auditing Standards, and a Management’s Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) is included in the financial section.
Founded in 2002 upon the acquisition of the Lake Hartwell Water Treatment Plant from Duke Power, the System is governed by a thirteen-member Board representing fourteen member agencies, with Clemson University served as a wholesale customer.
