The Anderson Regional Joint Water System (ARJWS), the leader in providing safe, affordable water to Anderson and Pickens counties, announces the addition of Jeff Caldwell, P.E. to its staff as Deputy Director.
Mr. Caldwell is responsible for all personnel, oversight of the Capital Improvement Program, as well as the annual operation and maintenance budget for all water resource elements of the System. He will also serve as System Engineer. “We are very glad to have someone of Mr. Caldwell’s caliber on staff and the Board is looking forward to working alongside his leadership,” says Dyke Spencer, Executive Director of Powdersville Water and chairman of the ARJWS board.
Mr. Caldwell most recently held the position of Utilities Director for the City of Anderson, SC for 18 years. He is a 1995 graduate of Clemson University in Civil Engineering and earned his Professional Engineering license in 2002. In his spare time he enjoys family, Crossfit, the best breweries, and Clemson football.
